By accessing, registering, or using the Omnixploit platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Omnixploit.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Omnixploit is a simulated hacker game environment designed for entertainment purposes. All "exploits", "nodes", "intercepts", and related mechanics are purely fictional game elements.
Omnixploit does NOT involve real hacking, unauthorized access to real systems, or any illegal activities. No real financial systems, networks, or infrastructure are accessed or compromised through the use of this platform.
The Service includes a virtual currency system (EXP) and simulated game mechanics that exist solely within the platform environment.
Omnixploit uses a virtual currency called EXP. The exchange rate is fixed at 1 USDT = 10 EXP.
EXP is an in-platform currency only and has no value outside of the Omnixploit ecosystem. EXP cannot be transferred between users outside of designated platform mechanics. The value and utility of EXP are determined solely by Omnixploit and may be adjusted at our discretion.
Accumulation of EXP does not create any ownership rights, financial claims, or entitlements beyond what is explicitly stated in these Terms.
By creating an account, you agree to the following rules:
One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
No Bots or Automation: The use of bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software that interacts with the platform without human input is prohibited.
No Multi-Accounting: Operating or benefiting from multiple accounts, whether directly or through third parties, is a violation of these Terms.
No Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bugs, manipulate game mechanics, or gain unfair advantages will result in account suspension or termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Omnixploit is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Deposits are accepted in cryptocurrency only. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page. Deposits are converted to EXP at the current exchange rate upon confirmation.
You are responsible for ensuring the correct wallet address and network are used when making deposits. Omnixploit is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or on unsupported networks.
Deposit processing times depend on blockchain confirmation times and may vary.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
Commission: A 10% commission is applied to all withdrawals.
Node Completion: Withdrawals require at least one completed node cycle.
Review: All withdrawal requests are subject to review for security and compliance purposes. Processing may take up to 48 hours.
Omnixploit reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals. We may delay or deny withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Node purchases are non-refundable once activated. By purchasing and activating a node, you acknowledge that the EXP spent cannot be recovered.
Node rewards are based on game mechanics and are not guaranteed. Reward rates, multipliers, and mechanics may change at any time. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Node availability, pricing, and terms may be modified by Omnixploit at any time.
Omnixploit provides the Service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted or error-free service availability. Specific uptime percentages or service level agreements. That the platform will meet all of your expectations or requirements. That bugs or errors will be fixed within any specific timeframe.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the platform and address issues promptly, but scheduled maintenance and unforeseen downtime may occur.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Illegal Use: Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
Fraud: Providing false information, impersonating others, or engaging in deceptive practices.
Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money or finance illegal activities.
Bug Exploitation: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for personal gain instead of reporting them.
Interference: Attempting to disrupt, overload, or compromise platform infrastructure or other users' experiences.
Omnixploit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination:
Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked. Any remaining EXP balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. You may request a review of the termination decision by contacting support.
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Omnixploit and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice via platform notification or email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
