Omnixploit operates with a virtual currency (EXP) at a rate of 1 USDT = 10 EXP. Due to the nature of digital services and virtual currency, deposits are generally non-refundable once converted to EXP.
We encourage all users to carefully review their transactions before confirming. By completing a deposit, you acknowledge that the conversion to EXP is immediate and typically irreversible.
Node purchases are non-refundable once activated. Once you activate a node, the EXP used for the purchase is consumed and cannot be returned.
Before activating a node, please carefully review all node details, including pricing, duration, and expected mechanics. Activation is considered final confirmation of your purchase.
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
Technical Errors: If a deposit or transaction was processed incorrectly due to a verified platform error or technical malfunction, we will investigate and may issue a refund or credit.
Unauthorized Transactions: If your account was compromised and unauthorized transactions were made, we will review the case and may reverse the affected transactions upon verification.
Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a system error, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Include your username, the transaction ID or details, the date and amount, and a clear description of the issue.
Step 3: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or evidence to support your claim.
Requests submitted after the 7-day window may be reviewed at our discretion but are not guaranteed to be processed.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days from the date of approval. Processing times may vary depending on blockchain network conditions and the payment method used.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method (the cryptocurrency wallet address used for the initial deposit). We do not process refunds to alternative wallets or payment methods unless the original method is no longer accessible, in which case alternative arrangements may be made at our discretion.
